Erin Miller
Erin is the chef-owner of Urban Hearth, one of the Boston area’s few acclaimed woman-owned and led restaurants. Classically trained at the French Culinary Institute of New York and mentored by Blue Hill’s Dan Barber, she combines fine dining training with her experience running a culinary events company to create a unique, intimate dining experience. Since opening in 2016, Urban Hearth has built a loyal following and earned a reputation as one of Boston’s best-kept culinary secrets.
Originally from Floyd, Virginia in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Erin has lived in Cambridge since 2008 with her husband and two sons. She is deeply committed to her community and works closely with local farmers and producers, guided by her belief that gathering around the table brings people together.
