Kari Kuelzer is a lifelong Cantabrigian and the second-generation owner of Grendel’s Den, a beloved Harvard Square institution founded by her parents in 1971. After a career in television development in Los Angeles, she returned to Cambridge in 2002 to carry on the family legacy. In 2023, she expanded her community-focused vision with the opening of Sea Hag, a cozy pub offering scratch-made, globally inspired fare.
