Principal & Founder of ATD ADVISORY, a boutique business consultancy that provides professional services in small business operations, technical assistance, travel/events and professional development. She’s had great success as a business manager, director of operations, and consultant.
Andrea advocates for independent locally owned small businesses on the Executive Board of Cambridge Local First. She is a founding Steering Committee member for Cambridge-Somerville Black Business Network, in partnership with Cambridge Local First and the Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts. Andrea is an esteemed advisor for Cambridge Health Alliance, where she serves on the Advisory Council & Health Equity Committee. Her advocacy, equity work, and mentorship are extensions of the services provided by her consultancy.
Additionally, Andrea serves on the Lesley University Alumni Association’s Council and the Central Square Advisory Committee. Prior service on the Lesley University Business Management Division Advisory Board and Cycle/PB9 for the City Participatory Budgeting.
