Kayemba Mvula, MIT Board Fellow

Kayemba Mvula is a data-driven social impact-focused professional pursuing a master’s in business administration at MIT Sloan. He was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Kayemba has over eight years’ experience in the U.S. and Sub-Saharan Africa. Kayemba has worked on a number of social and economic issues including economic development, human rights, and the environment. His expertise is primarily in program monitoring and evaluation, and he is passionate about using data for impact.
