Cassandra is a concurrent MBA-MPP candidate at Stanford University and Harvard University. She has an undergraduate degree in economics with honors from the University of Colorado Boulder. She began her career as an entrepreneur, building two social impact companies. Subsequently, she joined the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. At the Board, she assisted in inflation forecasts and researched the economic conditions of low- income communities while helping her team create policies that serve low-income communities. She was born and raised in Colorado, the proud daughter of a Black American father and a Mexican American mother.
