As the principal of Haber-Schaim Illustration & Design, Tamar Haber-Schaim combines her talent for illustration and her love of design in creative engagements for companies and brands in the US, Europe and Japan. Her visual style as an illustrator — minimal line drawing and cut paper — has lead to a diverse range of projects including editorial illustration for leading publications in the US and in Europe, branding, signage and packaging for retail stores, restaurants and parks, print and television advertising in the US and Italy for banks, hospitals, realty firms and tech clients. Tamar has illustrated and designed books and CDs. She has taught a course in design at Mass College of Art and guest lectured at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts on illustration. In recent work she has extended her aesthetic to performance art and VR / AR engagements as well. Tamar enjoys supporting local businesses and has had many long-term relationships with businesses large and small in and around Cambridge.
